Fenix joinery fronts and seen panels - HPL both sides of panels - and Fenix negative detail on back wall, between the Corian benchtop and joinery. The clients wanted black and wood for the kitchen - the very large amount of light into the room needed a product that wouldn't show marks or scratches on the black as they would stand out dramatically.

Fenix has a matt finish, finger proof, smudge proof finish and because if its molecular compound / nano-technology light scratches can be removed - molecules repositioned with the application of heat - eg an iron - This was very important as the room had full length, full height glass sliders to both sides of the room, windows above the joinery on a third wall and the vaulted ceiling also contained windows
Corian Lave Rock (Organics Range) chosen for its continuous marble grain and the feature of no joins seen - allowing for the waterfall to just spill off the end of the island to the floor this also created a softness to where it met the solid concrete floor. The thickness of the Corian to the island benchtop and waterfall end gave a solid, balanced feel with the highly grained walnut joinery and solid black Fenix. Which along side the architecture of the home - large windows and concrete floor created a wonderful balance
